The villa is reached by a small but initial steep climb through traditional greek housing and is not for the elderly or infirm. Once at the villa the views are superb.

Views of Kalamionas beach and one of the best views of Kassiopi in the Village are seen from the balcony, across the bay in the distance can be seen the castle and the mountains of Albania and Greece.

The Gillmaria Villa Greek Island Vacation home is privately owned and is only being rented for the first time this season.

The popular Kalamionas beach is approximately 100 meters walk, where you can relax and stretch out in the sun.

If you fancy a break from catering yourself you never have to stray too far to find a very good selection of Greek and international restaurants as well as a wide variety of bars for a nice evening out.

Although the apartments have no pool you have the opportunity to use many of the pools within the village, Solaris and Jackson's Sunny Pool being just two of them.

The Villa is simple in design but more than comfortable, having all of the necessary comforts. It is near to all amenities and has great views of the village of Kassiopi, it is possible to view from the balcony the famous Janis Restaurant.

Bedroom 1: has 2 single beds with outstanding views across the bay, wardrobes and storage areas for clothes and shoes.
Bedroom 2: Has two beds and storage area for clothing, window with shutters.
Bedroom 3: Has beds for three people. Window and storage areas for clothing and shoes.
